Brick making machine operating procedures

1) Preparations before driving

1. Check and clean the debris on the surface of the rotary table, the mold holes and various moving parts.

2. Add enough lubricating oil to each lubrication point.

3. Check the electrical parts for faults and leakage.

4. Check whether the filler concentration is appropriate.

5. Check whether the tightness of the triangle belt is appropriate.

(2) Starting the machine

1. Start the motor of the brick press first. After the turntable rotates normally, start the feeding motor and then add material to the upper barrel. Open the discharge gate to allow the material to flow into the cylinder of the feeding mechanism. At this time, the brick press starts to work. .

2. When working normally, the material in the feeder barrel should be kept at 1/2-3/4 of its height.

3. When it is found that the brick press is not operating normally, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

(3) Stopping the machine

1. When the brick press is in normal operation, the material supply should be stopped first.

2. When the material in the barrel of the feeder is not deep enough for filling, open the leakage plate under the barrel to pour out the remaining material from the barrel, and then turn off the feeding motor.

3. After all the materials in the mold holes of the rotary table are pressed, turn off the main motor and clean out the waste bricks in the mold holes.

4. If the vehicle is parked for a long time, the current should be disconnected.

5. After parking, preventive inspections should be made on the connecting bolts, oil cups, bearings, etc. of the machine's moving components.

(4) Safety technology

1. Before starting the machine, all protective covers and floor covers must be installed.

2. When the machine is running, except for adjusting the depth of seasoning, adjustment and cleaning are strictly prohibited.

3. Check the ground wire of the electrical part to avoid leakage.

4. When any abnormality is found in the operation of the machine, the inspection should be stopped immediately and the fault should be queued.

5. When the brick press is not running, no material is allowed to be fed to prevent the starting current of the motor of the brick press from being too large due to too much material.

6. The material and size of the safety pin are not allowed to be changed at will, so as not to fail to function safely when overloaded and damage the main parts.

7. When the safety pin is sheared due to overload and a new safety pin is replaced, lubricating oil must be injected from the oil cup to ensure that the fitting between the pulley and the pulley inner sleeve does not rust.

8. When stopping due to power outage, the circuit should be disconnected immediately.
