1. Before starting up

1. Check whether the fastening bolts of each part are tight and whether the appropriate amount of lubricating oil has been added to each part.

   2. Check whether there is dry material on the strip cutting and billet cutting machines. If so, remove it in time.

  3. Prepare the steel wire according to the specified size so that it can be replaced in time when the wire is broken. Old steel wires are not allowed to be thrown around randomly, and hands are not allowed to approach the steel wire when cutting blanks to avoid accidents.

4. Check whether the starting circuit is normal, whether the solenoid valves are working normally, and whether the buttons on the operating table are in the ready-to-work position.

5. Check whether the water level in the vacuum pump water tank is within the specified range. The vehicle can only be started after the oil pressure and air pressure reach normal.

6. Only after everything is normal can the machine be turned on. Avoid frequent shutdowns after starting the machine.

  2. Starting up:

   1. When the equipment is operating normally, the indicators of mud strip length, vacuum degree, and current should be observed at any time;

   2. Check whether the temperature rise of the bearings, gearbox and motor exceeds the limit. It is not allowed to deal with faults in the rotating and running parts while the equipment is running to avoid causing accidents. The fault must be rectified after shutting down.

  3. After shutdown:

   1. Clean the equipment and environment after shutdown.

   2. Disconnect the power incoming switch of each equipment and make records before leaving get off work.

Mixer safety operating procedures

   1. Before starting up

   1. Clean the site and check the angles of the mixing blade and reamer. The clutch should be in a discrete state;

Safety operating procedures for billet turning and coding machines

1. Before starting up

1. Check whether the bolts in each part are tight, whether the appropriate amount of lubricating oil has been added to each part, and whether the protective cover is safe and reliable.

2. Check the steel wire spacing every shift to ensure that the size of the blank meets the process parameter requirements.

  2. Starting up

1. When cutting the blank, the clay strips must be straightened, and no oblique cuts may occur, which may cause the blank to be out of alignment. Collision with the strips is strictly prohibited.

2. Appropriately apply oil to the mouth of the billet pushing table to keep the table smooth and prevent the wet billet from rubbing the bottom.

3. Ensure that the steel wire is tight to prevent the cut out blanks from varying widths. If the steel wire is found to be broken, replace it with a new one in time to reduce the occurrence of conjoined blanks.

4. If any unqualified clay strips are found, they should be marked as invalid to prevent unqualified blanks from getting on the truck.

5. You are not allowed to chat with others while working, and you must pay full attention to avoid accidents.

6. Waste steel wires should be piled up for recycling to avoid being mixed into the material.

  3. After shutdown

1. Clean the equipment and sanitary area after shutdown.

2. Lubricate bearings and transmission chains once a week, and change the oil of the reducer once a year.

3. Disconnect the power incoming switch of each equipment and make records before leaving get off work.

Kiln car operation workshop safety operating procedures

1. Before starting up

   1. Check daily whether the equipment body is intact, whether the turning position is flexible, and whether there is any jamming. Check whether the console buttons are intact.

2. Check whether the stacking of bricks on the drying kiln truck is qualified.

3. Check the drying condition of the bricks in the drying room.

4. Check the condition of the dry billet on the kiln car entering the kiln.

5. Check the integrity of the kiln cars in each process.

6. Report the inspection status to the factory director every day, report to the factory director at any time if there is any unqualified situation, deal with it in a timely manner, and be responsible for supervising and handling until it is qualified.

  2. Starting up

1. When the equipment is running, use safety signals correctly and pay attention to the operating status of the equipment at all times. 1. Carefully hand over the shift, check the shift record, and have a comprehensive understanding of the work situation at work.

2. Check the operation of each fan and pipeline, whether all bolts are tightened, and whether all components are intact.

3. Check whether the lubrication points of each fan have enough lubricating oil and whether the seal is good.

4. Check the sand filling condition of the sand adding pipe to ensure that there is a sufficient amount of dry sand that meets the standards in the sand adding pipe, and clean up the falling sand in the pit in a timely manner.

5. Responsible for turning on and off each fan.

6. Who knows the time and speed of the kiln's entry and exit, the entry and exit numbers of each section of the kiln, and the calorific value of the blank.

7. Observe the temperature of the roasting zone and the drying conditions of the bricks in the drying room at any time, and deal with any abnormalities in time.

  

8. Add coal to the kiln and add sand to the sealing groove as needed.

  9. Responsible for cleaning the hygiene area.

   10. Guide the coding process to ensure that the coded blanks are conducive to drying in the drying kiln and roasting in the roasting kiln, ensuring the output and quality of the finished product.

Electrician operating procedures

1. If an electrical accident occurs, the power should be cut off immediately, the power supply should be cut off, and the equipment should be carefully inspected, replaced, and repaired.

2. When it is unknown whether there is electricity in the electrical circuit, it should be considered as having electricity and should not be touched by hand.

3. Insulating backing boards or other insulating materials should be used for live work, and work can only be carried out after ensuring safety.

4. The use of various tools must be inspected in advance and confirmed to be safe and effective before use.

5. It is forbidden to go to work after drinking. You must wear protective equipment while on duty and concentrate on your work.

6. Before closing the switch and transmitting power, you must check the insulation in detail, clean debris, tools and utensils, and whether there are people working, etc. Contact us

7. No pole work is allowed during thunderstorms. When working at height, more than two people must be on site and supervised.

8. When starting or stopping the machine, two people must be on site to help each other check, take care of each other, and pay attention to safety.

9. When stopping or delivering power, you must contact the relevant personnel. The reason for the power outage must be clear, and the principle of whoever calls for power outage must be followed. It is strictly forbidden for idle personnel to call for power delivery indiscriminately.

Robot safety operating procedures

(1) The area around the robot must be clean (free of oil, water and impurities), etc.

   (2) Before loading and unloading workpieces, move the manipulator to a safe position. It is strictly prohibited to operate the machine during loading and unloading of workpieces.

   (3) Do not operate the teaching pendant and operation panel with (gloves) on.

   (4) If you need to manually control the robot, you should ensure that the robot is within the movement range (without any people or obstacles), and gradually adjust the speed from slow to fast to avoid injuries or losses caused by sudden speed changes.

  

(5) Before executing the program, ensure that: there are no irrelevant persons (people, tools, objects) in the robot working area, the workpiece (clamping) is reliable and confirmed, and (the welding program and the workpiece) correspond.

  (6) The robot moves quickly and is dangerous. The operator should be responsible for maintaining the normal operation order of the workstation (non-staff members are strictly prohibited from entering the work area).

  (7) When cleaning the gun and cutting the wire, the robot moves quickly, and the operator should (avoid staying near the gun cleaning and cutting position).

   (8) During the operation of the robot, the operator is strictly prohibited from leaving the site to ensure timely handling of (unexpected situations).

   (9) When the robot is working, the operator should pay attention to check the condition of the welding gun cable to prevent it from getting wrapped around the robot.

   (10) The cable cannot be severely twisted into a twist or rubbed against hard objects to prevent the internal core from breaking or leaking.

   (11) The teaching pendant and cables cannot be placed on the positioner and should be carried with you or hung in the operating position.

(12) When the robot stops working, do not think that it has completed its work, because the robot is probably (waiting for an input signal to continue moving).

   (13) Before leaving the equipment working area for any reason, you should press the emergency stop switch (to avoid sudden power outage or loss of shutdown zero position), and place the teaching pendant in a safe location.

   (14) At the end of the work, the manipulator should be placed in the (zero position) (or safe position).

  (15) It is strictly prohibited to place accessories (accessories, tools, sundries, safety helmets, etc.) casually in the control cabinet to avoid affecting some circuits and causing equipment abnormalities.

  (16) Strictly comply with and perform machine (routine maintenance).
