Detailed design reflects manufacturing level and user-friendliness.


Connections and bearings: Check whether key moving connection parts such as bearing seats and pins use reliable standard bearings, not inferior substitutes.


Lubrication design: Are the points requiring daily lubrication (such as bearings and guide rails) designed reasonably, easily accessible, and easy to operate? Good lubrication is the "blood" that ensures long-term smooth operation.


Safety protection: Are all rotating transmission parts such as belts and gears equipped with sturdy and complete protective covers?

Technical documentation: A reputable manufacturer should provide clear and complete Chinese user manuals, parts catalogs, and certificates of conformity.


Parts supply: This is a core issue! Be sure to ask: "Are wear parts (such as molds, seals, and belts) readily available? What are the prices?" If parts are unavailable, the entire machine will be rendered useless.


Service support: Find out if the manufacturer or dealer can provide timely technical guidance and repair services in your area.
