1. Look at the “skeleton”: fuselage structure and steel

The rack is the foundation that withstands all stress and must be "strong" enough.


Key observations:


Steel Plate Thickness: Don’t just look at the bright paint. Pay attention to the actual thickness of the steel plates used in the main load-bearing frames (such as four columns and beams). Look at the material: High-quality molds are usually made of high-hardness, wear-resistant alloy steel and heat-treated. You can ask for the material label (such as Cr12MoV, etc.).


Look at the workmanship: Check whether the mold cavity is smooth, with sharp edges and corners, and the processing accuracy is high. Rough molds not only produce poor brick quality, but are also prone to material sticking and wear.


Pressure head, guide column:


These parts require extremely high hardness and smoothness. Check whether the surface has been hardened and whether it is not easy to wear or deform during repeated movements.


4. Examine “joints”: connection and lubrication design

The life of a machine largely depends on whether the "joints" are durable and easy to maintain.


Key connecting parts: Check key movable connecting parts such as bearing seats, pins, connecting rods, etc. to see if they use standard models of high-quality bearings and pins instead of inferior substitutes.


Lubrication system: Check whether the points that require daily lubrication (such as bearing grease nozzles and guide rails) are reasonably designed and easy to access. Good lubrication is the blood that reduces wear and ensures long-term smooth operation.


5. Ask about the “return”: technical support and spare parts supply

No matter how good the machine is, it still needs maintenance, and reliable after-sales support is an extended guarantee of durability.


Technical information: Regular manufacturers should provide clear and complete Chinese instruction manuals and parts atlases to facilitate your understanding and maintenance of the equipment.


Accessories supply: this is a top priority! Be sure to ask clearly: Are wearing parts (such as seals, molds, hydraulic oil filters) easy to purchase? Is the price reasonable? If parts are hard to find or expensive, a problem with the machine could put it out of action for a long time.
