Product Introduction

The machine is driven by three‑phase AC power with a molding cycle of 15‑18 seconds. Matching pallet size is 880×550×20 mm. A complete production system can be formed when equipped with a concrete mixer, belt conveyor and block stacker. Finished bricks can be transported by special brick forklifts. All moulds can be custom‑manufactured according to customers’ required shapes and dimensions. By replacing mould sets, users can produce hollow bricks, solid bricks, floor bricks, pavement bricks, curbstones and various special‑shaped blocks of different specifications.
