The EX4-18M manual hydraulic block making machine is an economical and practical small concrete block forming equipment. The whole machine adopts thickened steel structure, ensuring stable operation and long service life. This machine adopts manual hydraulic control to realize accurate pressing and molding, equipped with a high-frequency vibration system to ensure high density and smooth finished block appearance. By replacing different molds, it can mass-produce various non-fired bricks, including hollow blocks, solid bricks, colored paving bricks and slope protection bricks. With no complicated automatic configuration required, simple operation, low failure rate and low investment cost, it is very suitable for small and medium building material factories, rural brick factories and on-site construction block production. It is the ideal equipment for small-scale brick production projects.
The EX4-18M is a manual hydraulic block making machine. It controls the main machine by operating hydraulic valves to mould various concrete blocks. It can produce hollow blocks, solid blocks, paving bricks and other concrete products. Combining hydraulic driving and vibration forming technology, this machine has a compact structure, simple intuitive operation and stable moulding performance. It is well suited for small & medium building material factories and on-site block production for construction projects.
