Exmork EX4-30 hydraulic concrete block machine supports dual power supply: diesel engine drive and three-phase electric drive. Equipped with interchangeable customized molds, it can produce various specifications of hollow blocks, solid bricks, interlocking paving bricks, hourdis blocks and habiterra blocks to meet diverse construction and landscaping production demands.

Product Overview

The EX4-30 block machine is a versatile semi-automatic concrete block forming equipment with dual power options: diesel engine drive and three-phase electric drive. It adopts integrated hydraulic pressing + high-frequency vibration molding technology, featuring a short 30-second forming cycle, stable output and easy operation. By changing customized molds, the machine can manufacture various concrete products including hollow blocks, solid bricks, interlocking paving bricks, curb stones and special-shaped blocks, widely applicable to municipal engineering, residential construction, garden landscaping and remote construction sites without stable power supply.

We can customize molds according to customers’ required block sizes and shapes. Color pavement bricks can be produced by manually spreading special color pigments on the material surface, meeting diverse decorative construction demands. Standard design drawings of blocks, interlocking pavers and curbstones are provided for customer reference.
